Pensioner Bulllied, Anonymous phone calls, just for asking Tory Rutland County Council questions, Rutland Times Letter

Pensioner Bulllied, Anonymous phone calls, just for asking
Tory Rutland County Council questions, Rutland Times Letter.

I agree with this letter writer it is time our MP woke up and took notice
his local Tories and their friends led by Roger Begy OBE, Terry King and
Helen Briggs, all are a nasty cowardly bunch. Supported by a corrupt local police.

This is the second time a pensioner has spoken to the media about
anonymous phone calls received after simply asking questions about
the our council.

The local police could have stopped this type of abuse a long time ago.
We all know former town councillor Charles Haworth has admitted
carrying out similar activities within our community.
In  court former Mayors Paul Beech and Jim Harrison were named as
his partners in crime. Despite the judges comments the police took no
action. So it is not surprising this disgraceful conduct is still continuing.

Debbie Oakes Church Lane Greetham, Rutland Times Letter

Not sure how this lady knows all our Councillors have already decided to vote
against Aldi plans,

She also says one member was over heard saying the shop at Aldi in Stamford.
Did she miss the Tory Leader Roger Begy state just that at a previous meeting?

I am looking forward to next Tuesday's meeting if the councillor turn this
application down the public reaction should be interesting.

Netto or Sainsbury's? Rutland needs new Supermarkets, Rutland Times Letter, Sainsbury's Oakham, Site Disgraceful Blot

Netto or Sainsbury's? Rutland needs new Supermarkets, Rutland Times Letter

Sainsbury's promised us a new store on the former college site a long time
ago, the site now looks a disgrace.

I wonder if they are waiting or considering opening a new Netto store.

Sainsbury has teamed up with the Danish discount retailer and is planning
to open 15 new stores north of Nottingham.

Netto is retuning to the UK after it sold all its previous stores to
Asda.

Could Sainsbury's make a mark on the map just al little further down
and tidy up their disgraceful blot here in Oakham.

Rutland County Council's new bus station, Why are facilities so inadaquate? Roland Meadows, Rutland Times Letter

Rutland County Council's new bus station, described by some as
as nice empty box. Costing nearly one million pounds to build along
with the covered walk ways shown above.

Twitter users have described it as a waste of money.

Rutland Radio listeners have also moaned.

And after the origainal letter of congratulations dropped on the door mat from a council supporter so soon after the opening, the letters of complaints have now started to arrive.

Stop treating us like idiots is a letter from a older Oakham resident
complaining about Rutland County Councils Social Care or should that
be lack of care?
