This time it messes up a section of road recently resurfaced.

Severn Trent Water maintenance teams are working to fix the damaged pipe and have restored normal supplies to the majority of homes affected.

Any remaining properties are having their service restored by tanker, although some residents may experience lower pressure than usual.

Three-way traffic lights are in place at Burley Water Tower on the B668 as part these efforts and the Oakham bypass is likely to remain closed between Stamford Rd and Uppingham Rd over the weekend.
