Shoppers and visitors to Oakham and Uppingham can enjoy free parking after 10am on Saturday 5th December, as part of Small Business Saturday 2015.
Small Business Saturday is a non-commercial campaign which highlights small business success and encourages consumers to use local retailers and service providers.
Celebrated across the UK, the initiative falls on the first Saturday in December each year but aims to have a lasting positive impact on local economies.
