Sports Fest returns for its 8th year and promises to be even bigger and better! Celebrate the best in sports and healthy lifestyles with a wide range of family activities that you can take part in or watch.

People of all ages can join in the sporting festival, which is being run by the city council in partnership with local sport and health partners. This action packed sporting celebration aims to encourage more people in the community to take part in sport and adopt a healthier lifestyle.

Take part in climbing, boxing, basketball, football and fitness activities. The sessions will be overseen by qualified coaches who will be available to offer advice, encouragement and support. There will also be a series of lifestyle fitness and sports marquees to find out more information on where to take part in regular activities across the city.

In addition, Humberstone Gate West will host a festival stage presenting an exciting programme of live music, dance groups and demonstrations by sports and activity groups throughout the day.
