Oakham Town Council THE RECREATIONAL, PLANNING AND GENERAL PURPOSES COMMITTEE Wednesday 27th 2022 Agenda

Once again Oakham Town Council has failed to publish the supporting documents. in this case it is the previous meeting minutes.

The council also appears to be ignoring its own standing orders, by permitting a presentation and deputation from Ritelite (Systems) Ltd (who would like to attend the meeting to present their proposal for lights in Cutts Close, Oakham,) Standing orders only permit members of the public to speak for three minutes on a agenda item. They can not just pop along and talk in the meeting.

Another new issue is Oakham Town Council has stopped publishing the monthly accounts and expenditure.

Often it not giving full details on Agenda items

7. REQUESTS TO USE CUTTS CLOSE

How does Oakham Town Council expect any resident to know who the request is from and raise any concerns during public deputations if that is all they are willing to publish on a agenda.
