Subject: Net censorship in Rutland (I quote)
The blocking of access to Mr Brookes' blog on the library computers has already been picked up by one
prominent blog with a national readership http://liberalengland.blogspot.com/2011/02/net-censorship-in-rutland.html and is likely to generate further negative publicity for the County Council.
As the author of the blog is not currently requesting that access should be banned from the public computers
in the libraries, I would urge the Council to reconsider.
