As another Shop closed its doors in Mill Street Oakham, I wonder if Conservative Rutland Councillor Peter Jones, can still stand up and speak for all local traders and say the town is doing well? He only speaks to a few, the others won't give him the time of day, I wonder why? Each time I have the pleasure of seeing Mr Jones the phrase "if looks could kill" comes to mind.
