Dear Alison,
Oakham Town Council
Please can I make an appointment to view the Tesco Public Comment slips before next weeks planning meeting.
It my understanding The Town Clerk Richard White shall be returning to fulltime work. Maybe you can send him out for a coffee or you could arrange a secret location to meet up and don’t forget to bring the slips.
From
Cllr Martin Brookes
Dear Mr Pook,
If a member of the public sends a objection to a planning application it is my understanding from my experience this becomes a public document.
I have been told objection received at Oakham Town Council are private and will not be shared with the public.
From Cllr Martin Brookes
PS I can can not communicate with Richard White so why is he writing to me?
