I have been advised by the LRALC that you should all declare a Personal and Prejudicial Interest in Item 9(iv) tonight.
I have also been advised that, to avoid the interruption caused by all members leaving the Chamber only to return almost immediately, any members of the public who are present are asked to recognise and accept the fact that all members have declared a Personal and Prejudicial Interest, that no comment will be made and that the Chairman moves on to the next item of business. Although, I would say this is not technically correct, the LRALC see this as a common sense approach to the issue.
