I am writing to you in connection with your use of the Public Internet Access PC’s at Oakham Library. As you know, Rutland County Council has an Internet Acceptable Use Statement, which all user are required to abide when they use the internet.
He would like to draw my attention to the following section of the statement.
User will not create, access or forward any inappropriate material.
This includes, but is not limited to websites, pictures or messages that are obscene, offensive, pornographic, racist of defamatory. Use if the Internet will be monitored to ensure that it is not being used improperly.
I regret to inform you that we have received an number of complaints form members of the public regarding the blog which I believe you maintain at http://martinbrookes.blogspot.com
The council are now threatening to remove my internet access.
They wont silence me and nor will members of Oakham Town Council past and present who don’t want to the public to know the farce the Town Council is.
I will name people who bully me and I won’t be bullied into silence by Rutland County Council. Cllr Charles Haworth, Cllr Joyce Lucas and especially Cllr Alf Dewis who was sacked by RCC for being a bully.
My blog does not breach the terms of use as stated above. I hope Mr Pook enjoys reading up to 12th June 2010 before he decides to remove my access. I also do appreciate threats.
We live in a free country but not a free county. A county that threatens you for speaking out against bullies and a Town Council that is not fit for purpose.
Rutland County Council did nothing to assist me when I proved at the time Cllr Harrison was involved with the Rutland Chat Forum.
Surely Mr Pook has better things to do no wonder they sacked him at the last council. This is not defamatory it’s a fact you can read all about it in newspaper archives.
Councillors past and present tell Rutland County I use the library! is a huge breach of my privacy.
Maybe it is time to republish the text Mr Beech and Mr Harrison along with his friends published online attacking me. I still have the photographs Mr Harrison published when he was a Councillor and of course there is his current nasty blog!
(it is not defamortary to say Cllr Fillingham is a drunk its a fact, when I was employed by her I was banned from emptying the bins as they were full of empty booze bottles and I often had to clean up sick in the loo thats is why I left the cleaning job fact!)
If Mr Pook does decided to ban me from Rutland Library Computers
because he and other dont like what I say
I will use other locations out of the countyy untill I get set up at home again.
