Sainsbury receives a warm reception.
Friday saw the first public exhibition by Sainsbury Supermarket to show proposed plans and to receive comments form the public.
During my visit the public seemed to be welcoming the proposal to build a new store on the outskirts of Oakham.
At this point there were no objections had been left in the visitor book.
I was surprised to see the current plans do not included a green roof, Sainsbury was the first supermarket in the UK to fit a green roof on its superstore in Greenwich.
