Grimmers DIY Oakham Planning Sense.

Work has finally started old the Old Grimmer the building is listed. Grimmers filled in the drive through arch before listing so the new owners could not remove the shop shop window and reinstate the drive into the central courtyard. I don't know when the change was made but it was clearly not many year ago as you can see the pavement was dropped to allow car to cross.

It is good to see the development start new homes and shop will be created.
