Live@museum
The cinema and theatre that has taken over a lot of Rutland County Museum is running at loss for the tax payer. The current events programme is not generating
sufficient income to cover costs,
In 2010-11 the Live programme has generated £26,200 in income to
date against an expenditure of £69,400. With an allocated budget of
£26,800 this indicates a likely overspend of £16,400.
Maybe the Museum can start selling wine to boost its profits it will save Councillors bringing their own bottles to shows.
Will Conservative Councillor Peter Jones be highlighting this loss in his election leaflet?
