Woodland View Oakham Parking Issues and Leicestershire Police

For some time now residents of Woodland View Oakham, have been raising the issue of the state of the grass verges in the street, as far back as when I was a town councillor, the have since enlisted the support of County Councillor Gene Plews and the Rutland Times. As you can see from the photograph above the law breaking still continues.
