Rutland County Council Lead Theft Will Cost Tax Payer Over £20,000 photographs

Rutland County Council, Lead Theft, Will Cost Tax Payer a lot of money over £20,000 according to Helen Briggs.  About the same as Conservative Council Leader Roger Begy's Allowance and Expenses bill. and closely followed by around £17,000 for Conservative Councillor Peter Jones and we are told that is not a lot of money.

the roof structure with plastic, luckily so far there has been little rain.
