Imminent completion of sale of former allotment land at Itter Crescent anticipated end of October 2011 – gross figure £3,422,000 of which £840,000 is a commuted sum for off-site provision of affordable housing (with planning application approved by committee July 2011 and S106 terms agreed.) Vawser Lodge – strategy being developed for sale in light of failed negotiations by third party to acquire hospital site.
