It has been announced the new owners of Buy the Book, Oakham High Street are to close their store down January 2012.
The owner has not been able to agree terms on a lease renewal and is working hard to find an alternative location here in Oakham. I do hope they did not pay to much good will on such a short lease.
Rutland Times Photographer Oliver was busy photographing the store manager, so I imagine this will feature in this weeks Rutland Times.
