The next meetings are scheduled for Wednesday 23rd November 2011. 

These will be the Planning and Parks Committee starting at 7.00pm, 

followed by a meeting of the Staffing Committee.

8. OAKHAM LAWN TENNIS CLUB
To consider the request from Oakham Tennis Club for the erection of floodlighting at the Vale
and to decide whether or not to approve the request

9. LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK SITE ALLOCATIONS AND POLICIES
DEVELOPMENT PLAN DOCUMENT (Appendix B – Response Form)
To decide on responses to the Issues and Options consultation

10. CUTTS CLOSE (Appendix C)
Members are asked to approve the following works relating to the path and bank running
parallel to Church Street:
(i) To agree on the removal of the temporary barriers
(ii) To agree on the installation of bollards and appropriate signage
(iii) To agree on the repair of the path
(iv) To agree on the reseeding or turfing of the bank

11. LICENCE FOR OAKHAM IN BLOOM (Appendix D)
To consider a request from Oakham in Bloom that Oakham Town Council act as the Licensee
for a peacock floral display to the rear of Oakham Library and to make an appropriate decision

12. PLACES FOR SCHOOL (Appendix E)
To agree on responses to the questionnaire
