Rutland County Council Approves New Super Pub & Restaurant
Pub chain Marstons Inns and Taverns have said this will create 40 new jobs.
it will form part of the Oakham North development by Hawksmead and will be built between Oakham bypass, Barleythorpe Road and Pillings Road.
Planning permission was also granted for a large budget hotel.
