The market will be opened by Oakham Mayor Councillor Joyce Lucas at 10.30am.
Stalls selling Fairtrade crafts, gifts and cards, clothes and accessories and Fairtrade fashion shows will take place at 11.30am and 2pm.
Local MP Alan Duncan, minister of state for international development,
will visit at midday.
