Tommy Suthern Cut His Cake, from Oakham's Croft Bakery. It will be The Honorary Alderman's 100th Birhday on Saturday 17th December 2011. Cards and Cake were presented by Mayor Cllr Joyce Lucas at Oakham Town Council Carol Concert held in Oakham Castle last night.
Mr Suthern has received many treats this year. He is most looking forward to receiving a special card today from the Queen.
