The Best Christmas lights in the UK
This years Christmas lights have looked the best for a few weeks now.
Once again £16,000 well spent by Oakham Town Council.
The lack of illuminated bulbs is a new green approach to Christmas adopted by Oakham Council..
Next Christmas it is rumoured the council will be even greener, they will simple shred £16,000 and compost it .
Christmas 2010 The town council switched off the lights early and they did not look as good as this years, at that time they blamed the cold weather.
