Rutland County Council has sacked staff for refusing to agree enforced changes to contracts.
One member of staff is currently appealing their dismissal.
Their colleague resigned.
Rutland County Council is advertising for replacement staff both part-time.
Staff at Rutland Rutland County Council have Union representation but this
is considered weak as the representative is paid for by the Council, something
I believe the Prime Minister is attempting to change this.
