Prayer At Council Meetings Illegal.
Oakham Town Council does not pray before meetings, they prefer to worship the Mayor.
Rutland County Council does pray. I find this rather strange, Some do believe but I am sure from observing the meetings there are just as many who don't.
Is God to blame for RCC charging the highest council tax in England?
Prayers at Council meetings are hypocritical and could be alienating people of other faiths.
I think Rutland County Council should have a multi faith room like an airport.
