It is August 2011; Britain wakes with a hangover and so does Eve.
Stamford Arts Centre
The television plays images of last night's riots and there are too many questions to be answered.
Eve is a beacon, a seventeen year old inspiration to friends, family and just about everyone at the superstore extra. She has been nominated to carry the Olympic flame in the upcoming torch relay, to help spread the light of hope, unity and peace...
So why can she not remember what happened last night? Why do her clothes smell of fire and where are Anna and Brian?
Torchbearer is a gripping reminder of what can happen when you forget who you are... even for a second.
Don't miss another thrilling, fast paced, original production from SSYT.
