Acas says Men and women doing equal work and work rated as of equal value are entitled to equal pay. Employers may wish to carry out a pay. Poor Alison often covering for the Clerks absence is paid far less than him. Not wishing to increase the burden on the tax payer I think its time his wage was brought down to the same level. One Rutland County Councillor said he does as much if not more work for another parish council and is paid £120 a week. I would do it for that also

Oakham Town Council is currently complying with a Freedom of Information request to provide a full break
down of this rounded up payments. On Wednesday The Town Council will be approving new financial regulations relating to this payments i can only assume until I receive the list this is rounded up by cash donations placed in a church collection plate that don't require a receipt.
As we approach the end of the year I see there are two payment I wonder if this is a case of a must use or lose as the internal auditor has said this can not be carried over into the next year anymore?
