Amy Longhurst's from Oakham is to raise money for Practical Action 2012 Climbing Kilimanjaro.

on the 07 September 2012

The summit of Kilimanjaro, the rooftop of Africa and the ultimate African adventure awaits those who dare! Kilimanjaro is the tallest free standing mountain in the world and stands at 5,895m. Kibo the snow capped peak is one of the most recognisable sights in the world of adventure and it is the challenge and goal for those who are prepared to tackle the landscape and the altitude to reach the summit.

Hello Eveyone :)

My challenge is to climb to the Summit of Kilimanjaro, in order to raise money for Practical Action.
Practical Action works with some of the world's poorest people; by using simple technology to fight poverty and transform their lives for the better. Practical Action works with communities to find practical solutions to the poverty they face.
In 2010-11 Practical Action used technology to directly benefit over 946,000 poor women and men through projects in 13 countries.
Please sponsor me. Its going to a very good cause and would be much appreciated.
Thank you
Amy
