3 Rogue traders arrested on suspicion of fraud On Wednesday 19th September Rutland officers carried out a joint partner agency operation working with Trading Standards officers & arrested 3 rogue traders on suspicion of fraud in the Ketton area. Enquiries are on going & this was an excellent joint partner result. Rutland LPU
