Nathalie Kerr (Audrey Tautou) really does seem to have it all. She's young, she's beautiful and,
in Francois (Pio Marmai), she's met the man of her dreams. After a fairytale wedding, the
Parisian couple settle down to look forward to the rest of their lives together. But then Francois
dies in a jogging accident. Devastated Nathalie copes with this trauma by throwing herself into
her work for the next three years. Then something entirely unexpected happens.
On an impulse, she kisses shy and rather ordinary Swedish colleague Markus (Francois Damiens).
Her friends are aghast, but the unlikely relationship soon begins to blossom. Adapted by French
author David Foenkinos from own his award-winning bestseller, this delightful, whimsical romantic
comedy gives pixie-esque 'Amelie' star Audrey Tautou another chance to shine in a romantic role.
