Construction of first floor extension to the rear of the property including conversion of

Oakham Town Counil said the property belongs to the Rutland Chinese Restaurant.
Cllr Lucas said she found this application a little funny.
She also asked if the restaurant was going to to replace to ladies loo?
Cllr Lowe said he did not know but he did know and the restaurant was closing next year.
Cllr Lucas said the alterations don't really effect anyone because no one can see it.
