"As Stated in an e-mail to you on 24th December 2012 from Cllr Alf Dewis, the Chairman at the time,
all requests for general information should be in writing and addressed to the Chairman of the Council.
Cllr Adam Lowe, the new Chairman, wishes to amend this slightly and has asked me to inform you
that any requests from the above date should be in writing and addressed to Oakham Town Council.
These requests will then be dealt with and a response will be posted to you.
(I wonder if they will be sealed with a kiss?)
