Cllr Charles Haworth Oakham Town Council Comments
Cllr Haworth posted comments on my blog some were very offensive and some times
like the one he attached to an email and shared with councillors about other Oakham
residents.
It is very worrying that people have known about his and his friends conduct over
the past 4 years
