Cllr Gale Waller Reporting Failing Rutland Council Primary Schools Poor Governors & Deterioration
It appears Rutland County Council Tories are not content with the fact they destroyed
post 16 education here in Rutland, they are continuing to do the same at all its primary
schools.
Cllr Gale Waller Libdem reported scrutiny findings to the full council.
Failing grades, despite increased funding.
Lack of Leadership and Governance Training
Rutland is second from bottom in league tables and most of those schools
are run by the council.
The Scrutiny Panel members have been raising concerns about these failings and
deterioration over the past four years.
It also seems the secondary schools who have run away from the authority
such as Catmose College are doing extremely well.
The Rutland Tories charge to highest council tax and provide the shabbiest
services from cradle to grave. Grave if you don't believe me take a look
at the state of our cemetery and the recently published poor care of the elderly.
