A Northamptonshire man has been charged with harassment after two women were subjected to comments in Leicester in October last year.
Damon Jonah Kelly (53) of Millais Road, Corby, has been charged with harassment and is due to appear before Leicester Magistrates’ Court on Monday 18 May.
The charge relates to two incidents in Edward Road, Leicester on 15 October and 29 October, 2014 when two women were subjected to comments after a letter was sent to them, the content of which caused them anxiety and distress.
