Daniel Smith The Olive Branch Clipsham in Court Again
Fined in court at Loughborough Magistrate Court
on the 3rd July and Fined again on the 4th July
at Lincoln Magistrates Court.
Daniel Smith and another are currently on trial for causing death by dangerous driving following a road crash which killed a young man from the Market Harborough area.
The charges relate to a two-vehicle collision 11 months ago which sadly killed passenger Zach Whittall (21), from Great Oxendon, near Market Harborough.
Mr Whittall was a chef at The Olive Branch pub and restaurant in Clipsham, Rutland.
