Rutland County Council Customer Service Week Celebrations Celebrating Poor Customer Service?
I was pleased to learn Rutland County Council has been celebrating all this week.
Over the last year customer service has steadily got worse.
Telephone calls answered and put on hold for up to 20 minutes
Long waits to see anyone often as the case this morning only one person
manning the reception.
The last desk is manned by Leicestershire Police who just tell people to ring
101.
I could not find any evidence of any of what was mentioned on the posters.
