I recently shared a spoof t-shirt design with members of Oakham Town
Councillors the design included a satirical image of the queen, one of
many available on-line.
Cllr Enid Joyce Lucas BEM does not accept it is satire according to another
pointless and in part extremely dishonest conduct complaint she has presented
Rutland County Council costing the tax payers another £350, She claims the sharing
of the t-shirt design bring Oakham Town Council into disrepute?
I wonder if she will complaining about me sharing this rather funny video
