It is alleged that Darren Lewis breached standards of professional behaviour namely honesty and integrity; orders and instructions; discreditable conduct and confidentiality.
The breaches are alleged to have taken place between March 2014 and February 2018, when employed by Leicestershire Police.
The hearing at Leicestershire Police Headquarters will take place in public on Friday 7 December 2018. It is scheduled to start at 10am.
Darren Lewis was sent to prison for six months for misuse of police computers earlier this year.
