Oakham Town Council Notice of Vacancy Oakham North East Ward February 2020

Oakham Town Council Notice of Vacancy Oakham North East Ward

Oakham Town Council appear to have failed to publish this notice on their website.
Instead the Clerk is requesting letters from anyone who wishes to be co-opted this is not
the correct procedure, typical of Oakham Town Council

The vacancy has arisen due to Cllr Alan Walters bottling I think for the 3 time or is the 4th?
