Oakham Town Council to consider co-opting two new members Mr Richard Fresia-Farrelly Mr Andy Burton as Councillors for the Oakham South and Oakham North East Ward.
As normal openness and transparency that is expected from Oakham Town Council, no information is given about the candidates or even which person might be co-opted to represent me and others in the Oakham South Ward. Co-option is not a good thing. Personally I have begun to think if a person can not be bothered to call an election they should not be a Councillor.
