Hate crime
Leicestershire Police used to have a hate crime officer on Twitter, a role I found was a complete waste of time especially pre 2013 in my own personal case. I found the hate crime officer was not fit for purpose, when I made complaints about the homophobic conduct of Oakham Town Councillor Charles Haworth and other members Leicestershire Police took no action, even after a judge said referring to their online hate crimes, 'Judge Temperley said: ‘I don’t agree. Some of the material goes way beyond satire. They are crude and crass and homophobic.’
