Oakham Town Council, No longer publish the required supporting documents with the published agenda.
They wrongly say they don't have to.
The question I have is how do they expect residents to know what is happening or even prepare for a public deputation if the public are not given the information they are meant to see.
The latest agenda has been published and there are no minutes from the previous meeting.

Also, they law requires the council agenda to clearly state the purpose of an agenda item along with the decision the council members are required to make.
Agenda number 8. 2022 SUMMER FLOWERS (Appendix B) the agenda item does describe the subject but fails to give a clear indication of the purpose of the item is it just for information or is to make a decision to agree expenditure perhaps it's to renew a contract? How would is possible for anyone to give a public deputation based on so little information?
