I think it is disgraceful for the first time in the history of Rutland County Council the Libdems Leader Gale Waller had the opportunity to join the cabinet and work for a better Rutland and as Libdem leader turns down that opportunity.

The Independents Green Group have said it is regretful that Libdem Leader Cllr Gale Waller refused to accept a place on the new cabinet at Rutland County Council.
I personally disagree, Gales conduct was very poor at the AGM and it was not good to see both her and former Libdem Cllr Marc Oxely publicly fighting about what goes on or outside the council chamber. It reminded me of Oakham Town Council.
Perhaps it is time the Libdem's selected a new leader and then put them forward for the cabinet position.
