Tragedy at Ladbrokes in Oakham, Rutland.
Ladbrokes on the high street in Oakham was sadly the scene of a medical emergency this afternoon.
Emergency services, including police, paramedics, and community responders, rushed to the scene.
An air ambulance crew also landed nearby in Cutts Close.

Despite valiant efforts from all personnel, the Ladbrokes employee involved could not be saved.
My deepest condolences go out to their family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time.
The Ladbrokes shop remained closed for the rest of the day.
A sign on the door indicates they will reopen tomorrow morning at 9:30 am.
