Alice’s Taxi’s Rutland County Council Parking Enforcement Troubles
It’s a Saturday afternoon perfect for time for the Owner of Alice’s Taxi’s to pop into Oakham to do a spot of shopping before the evening bookings. The Taxi rank a perfect spot to park the car? No.
Jocelyn returned to her taxi just in time because the Rutland County Council Parking enforcement officer was all set to issue a ticket. He is one of the nice ones, so he stands and watches the time. Because she returned within the time allowed he gave Jocelyn a warning, she was not happy with this and was very, very rude to him.
She got in and out of her car taxi twice to abuse the poor man.
Other members of the public looked on in anticipation was she going to hit him, fortunately not this time.
Jocelyn often stops me in the street to tell me all about the persecution Helen Briggs and others at Rutland County Council dish out towards her. I listened until recently when she told me she supported the likes of Berridges Taxi Driver Mr Burton and his twitter campaign supporting Ex Cllr Jim Harrisons campaign against me.
I ask why and her reply was they told me you do this and that…….. And isn’t good when the tables are turned on you?
No its not Jocelyn.
You come to me for help and that is how you repay me.
It is not surprising Mrs Helen Briggs the Chief Executive took out a restraining order against you if this is the way you behave.
Afterwards I spoke to the Rutland County Council Enforcement Officer, “I have experienced worse” surely not in Oakham?
I was asked earlier today why I walk around Oakham Town on my own, well here is the answer, I watch and learn from my critics who set such a good example and behave so well like above!
And it keeps me fit, I could sit at home in front of the PC getting pissed like so many of my critics I know what’s better for me and I don’t really like red wine or cider.
