Old British Legion Oakham free homes for artistic squatters
Old British Legion Oakham High Street, free homes for artistic squatters? Its been suggested this could be a perfect location for a arts centre in Rutland. Conservative Councillor Peter Jones is a keen supporter of the arts lives across the road, I am sure he would not object if a group of artists moved in and opened a Arts Center. If the building is use and maintained it would look better than this. Oakham High Street is slowly starting to look like a ghetto. A description Oakham Town Council used when describing the proposed Stamford Homes development.

Our Town Mayor Sharon Spencer
with
The High Sheriff of Rutland
Cllr Lucas was also present I was rather publicly told "no photographs"
my reply was, I would not want to damage my camera Mr Lucas
I am really getting fed up with Councillor like Lucas
attempting to humiliate me at public events.
Mr Savage MBE always very polite to me
a very respectable gentleman
who deserved his recognition
for his work with the
British Legion
