Cllr Lucas Cutts Close Oakham Driving and Waving
On my way home this morning I passed Cutts Close and noticed Cllr Joyce Lucas
was driving her car in the park.
She spotted me and turned on her hazzard lights and started waving franctically
with both arms at me.
I was not sure if she was having a fruit loop moment or was in need of assistance
not wanting to find myself getting arrested by her friends at Leicestershire Police
I ignored her and continued on my way home.
I do hope she was OK!
