I also wrote to Oakham Town Councils Mayor asking for assurance that no money would be
paid out of council accounts to an unregistered charity which for a year has been depriving
MacMillan of vital funds needed to provide the fabulous nurses.
For Rutland In Rutland Does Not Provide Nurses.
I have not received a reply from the Mayor.
This afternoon the local establishment who often feel laws don't apply to them
have now started using the The Citizen Advice Bureau Charity Number
Is this not corrupt and fraudulent?

Of course the CAB might not be aware of this development
kindly pointed out by a kind Facebook follower.
So I will ask the National CAB to look into this.
Looking at the Charity Commissions website I see the CAB
is spending more money than it has coming in. Lets hope
its not heading in the same direction as Melton Mowbray's
CAB.

FRIR claim they are a charity set up to fund the Rutland Wellbeing Partnership, which offers cancer or dementia sufferers free, confidential and impartial advice.
Basically the Charity funds Julie Emberton who I am told is former Stamford Mercury reporter (if that information is incorrect I am sure I will be told) Her post was funded by MacMillan they stopped
funding early 2013. She must be paid a considerable amount when you considered money has also
been diverted from Cllr Joyce Lucas's favourite charity the Karen Ball Fund.
