Dear Sirs
I reported a very abusive threatening encounter in the
street not far from my home. Which I video recorded.
You took no action, your officer told me the man involved
had no connection to Oakham Town Council or any one
connected to the local authority.
You refused to give me the mans name and I did some
of my own investigations. I found the mans name and
this weekend I showed the least offensive part of filmed
evidence to a person who knows him and he confirmed
the mans identity. He also added the officers involved knew
exactly who was involved and the council connection
your officers lied once again.
It is no surprise to learn the man is The stepson of former Oakham Mayor
Paul Beech.
Is Mr Beech a Mason like Cllr Nowell and is the rumor true Inspector
Monks who ignored my complaints harassment and homophobic abuse
also a Mason?
I would like to know why Leicestershire Police continually
protect this mob connected to are local councils?

Mr Beech former Oakham Mayor questioning the Simon Cole Chief Constable of
Leicestershire Police five months ago asking him to name and shame those
involved in wasting police time and money regarding investigations which
are meant to be going on into corruption between the local police and council.
We don't need to await the Chief Constables report. I will once again name
Mr Beech as his family. Of the corrupt police force won't.
