Magical Lantern Walk
Will you be joining the Magical Lantern Walk on the 13th November? It begins at All Saints Church at 4.30pm and will end at Oakham Castle at 5.45
In keeping with the Martinmas tradition, we gather outside All Saints’ Church in the centre of Oakham and process with our lanterns through Cutts Close. The procession ends at Oakham Castle where we will display our lanterns outside the Great Hall. There will be an orange rope on the grass to place our lanterns on – remember to take your lantern home with you at the end of the evening.
At the end of the procession you will find Castle Cottage Cafe open for warming drinking and tasty snacks for sale. Enjoy a hot chocolate as you check out all the DE-LIGHT-FULL lanterns on display.
